Our Story
We are building the bridge between students and startups
SkillSpark started from a simple observation: college students have incredible potential, but most never get access to the dynamic world of startups. We decided to change that.
Our Mission
Democratizing access to startup careers
We believe every ambitious student deserves the chance to work at a startup, regardless of which college they attend or what connections they have. Our platform removes the gatekeeping and replaces it with meritocracy.
Through our community, learning platform, and internship matching system, we are creating a pipeline of prepared, passionate talent for the startup ecosystem while giving students the career launchpad they deserve.
Our Values
What drives everything we do
Community First
Everything we build starts with our community. Students are not users to us, they are partners in building the future of work.
Learn by Doing
We believe the best education comes from building real things. Our courses, internships, and events all focus on hands-on experience.
Access for Everyone
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. We are leveling the playing field so every ambitious student gets a shot at the startup world.
